Acquired and developing 7.0 acres of a 25-acre project in front of Home Depot and Wal-Mart in Woodland (Sacramento), CA. The site is located on the 5 Freeway and Main Street. The project will consist of five to six buildings, including Carl’s Jr., AT&T, and Travis Credit Union and Panda Express. Ontario Mills Plaza, Ontario, CA Acquired 2.4 acres and completed construction on a 25,000-square-foot retail center on the west end of Ontario Mills regional mall in Ontario, CA. Tenants include Honey Baked Hams, AT&T, Wescom Credit Union, Casual Male, Philly’s Best, and Juice Stop. Antelope Home Depot Center, Sacramento, CA Closed escrow on a 1.5-acre pad in front of Home Depot in Sacramento, CA. Currently leasing and entitling a 9,600-square-foot retail center. Manteca Home Depot / Target Center, Manteca, CA Acquired and developed 8 acres of a 30-acre project between Home Depot and Target in Manteca, Sacramento, CA. Tenants include Pier 1 Imports, Nextel, Payless Shoe Source, TJ Maxx and Advance America. Corona, CA Acquired 7-acre site in Corona at the NEC of Interstate 15 & Ontario. The project will include 7-8 retail buildings containing a freestanding Starbucks, Sombrero’s Mexican Restaurant, and retail shops. Simi Valley, CA Acquired 1.3-acre site along Tapo Canyon Road in Simi Valley. The project will include a free standing financial institution and retail shops. Red Rock Center, North Las Vegas, NV We acquired and developed over 8.0 acres of land in a 20-acre Home Depot Walgreen’s Center on the corner of Martin Luther King and Craig in North Las Vegas, NV. We developed an 85,000-square-foot retail center with 99¢ Only Store, Michael’s Arts & Crafts, Office Depot, a bank, restaurant, and shop tenants. 91st & McDowell, Phoenix, AZ Acquired 4.5 acres on the NEC of 91st Ave. & McDowell Road in Phoenix, AZ. The site will include retail shop buildings, drive-thru fast food, and freestanding pad users. Walgreen’s Drug Store, Yuba City, CA We acquired a 2.4-acre parcel on the corner of State Route 20 (Colusa Road) and Tharp Road in Yuba City, CA. The site sits at the intersection with Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and Sam’s Club. We rezoned and entitled the site for a new Walgreen’s Drug Store with a double drive-thru. The store recently opened, ahead of schedule. Rite-Aid Drug Store, Moreno Valley II, Moreno Valley, CA Acquired and constructed a 16,000-square-foot Rite-Aid Drug Store with drive-thru on 2.0 acres in Moreno Valley, CA. The free-standing building is located on Heacock and Ironwood. Rite-Aid, Carl’s Jr., and Auto Zone, La Verne, CA Acquired an existing Carl’s Jr. on 5.5 acres on the corner of Foothill and Wheeler in LaVerne, CA. We constructed a three-building retail development with Rite-Aid Drug Store and Auto Zone. Rite-Aid Drug Store, Auto Zone, Pomona, CA Acquired 4.8 acres in Pomona, CA. Constructed a 16,000 square foot Rite-Aid Drug Store with drive-thru and entitled a parcel for an Auto Zone retail building. The site is located on the corner of Holt and San Antonio. Sav-On Drug Store / Hollywood Video, Yuma, AZ Acquired 6 acres at the corner of 16th and “B” Street in Yuma, AZ. Built a shopping center with Sav-On and Hollywood Video. Food 4 Less, Blockbuster, Wendy’s, Colton, CA Acquired and developed in a joint venture a 6.0-acre site of a 13-acre project surrounding a Food 4 Less Market on Pepper and Bernardino, just north of Interstate 10 in Colton, CA. The site is next to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and includes Wendy’s, Subway, and Blockbuster. Home Depot, 99¢ Only, La Quinta, CA We entitled a 7.0-acre Home Depot anchored retail project for the tenant. The site is located on the corner of Highway 111 and Jefferson in La Quinta, CA. Costco Wholesale, Century Retail Plaza, Inglewood, CA Acquired 5 acres of a 20 acres Costco project located on the SEC of Century Blvd and Yukon in the City of Inglewood. The site will include Wendy’s, Washington Mutual, Del Taco, Pollo Campero, The Gas Company, and retail shops. 4th & Milliken, Rancho Cucamonga, CA Acquired 4.5 acres of a commercial and residential development totaling 23 acres of shops/retail and restaurants on the corner of 4th & Milliken Ave in Rancho Cucamonga. Tenants include Boston Pizza, Mi Tortilla, and the UPS Store. Wal-Mart Shopping Center, Roseville, CA Acquired 12 acres of land on the SWC of Highway 65 & Pleasant Grove in Roseville. We entitled and constructed retail shops with Juice It Up, Kinder’s Meats Deli, and Chik-Fil-A as tenants. Montclair Entertainment Plaza, Montclair, CA We acquired an 11-acre shopping center adjacent to the Montclair Mall. The project is currently under rehab and redevelopment. Tenants include Bally’s Total Fitness, Acapulco’s Restaurant, Black Angus, and Red Lobster. Alabama Crossing, Redlands, CA Acquired a 7.4-acre retail center located across from Citrus Plaza in Redlands. Neighboring tenants include Target, Kohl’s, Michael’s, Sports Chalet, Barnes & Noble, & Bed, Bath and Beyond. Pads and anchor space available under development. Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, Las Vegas, NV Acquired a 15-acre project at Eastern & Warm Springs in Las Vegas. Development plans include Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, Self-Storage, retail shops, and pads. |
