Development Partner and Midwest Regional Manager, joined Silvercreek following a 15-year career with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. He has extensive experience in the "Big Box" arena developing Supercenters, Sam's Clubs and Wal-Marts. He has developed over 50 units as well as disposed of more then $200 million of excess land. Starting his career on the operations side of retail, managing Supercenters, he moved into real estate in 1997. Randy graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1990 with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Finance. |
